The service at this hotel is top, notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and helpful. They fulfilled my luxurious needs, including Spa and Wellness Centre services, a massage and special diet menus. the exclusive amenities enhanced my stay. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the in, room breakfast was delicious. the location was superb and allowed easy access to many London attractions.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the Wi, Fi, which was a bit spotty.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to the underground and close proximity to all major tourist attractions. Green Park tube station is just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-stocked supplies. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The hotel could use some updating, as the decor and furnishings are starting to show their age.
